MA/LPN/RN

As an MA/LPN/RN, you will assist the Physician, PA, or NP in patient care, including triaging, taking vital signs, providing accurate histories, administering medications, vaccines, injections, wound care, lab specimen collection, and IV insertion. You’ll also handle rapid tests, lab result communication, and occupational medicine tasks such as drug screenings, physicals, and managing pharmacy medications.

The ideal candidate will have MA certification or a valid Hawaii LPN/RN license, medical office experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with EHR systems, and the ability to multitask and work well in a team. Our clinics are located in Lahaina, Kihei, and Kahului.

Front Desk Assistant

As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting them, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and maintaining a friendly, positive attitude. Other duties include responding to emails, checking voicemails, and ensuring the clinic is clean and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have medical office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and be tech-savvy. Knowledge of HIPAA and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Our clinics are located in Lahaina, Kihei, and Kahului.
